Research Associate
So first I had a call with HR, then they gave me an assignment. After that I had to present the assignment to the hiring manager. The assignment was data-based, and I had to create a PPT to present the numbers and market insights.
- Can you describe your responsibilities in your previous position?
Research Associate
To get to the interview process you need to clear the two rounds of Advanced Logic test and statistics test then if cleared you will get to attend interview. Then in the interview you will be asked all related questions and logical questions. If they feel you fit the position then you will get the offer letter within 2 days
- Imagine you are in a completely dark room with a single light bulb and the switch is outside. You can only leave the room once to find the switch. Outside, there are three switches, but only one controls the bulb. You cannot see inside the room from the outside. How would you identify the correct switch in one attempt? (Only logical solutions are accepted).
Research Associate
It was a lengthy interview process with 3 rounds, involving in-depth questions. They used Excel-based questions and research-related questions, along with basic quantitative aptitude. There were also HR rounds focusing on conflict resolution. The whole process took place over 2 days, but I declined because of the US time zone difference for the job.

- They asked some basic quantitative aptitude questions.
