It was mostly technical and research oriented. They wanted to see how well I understood various research studies, techniques, and analysis. They also checked my skills in Excel and PPT, my Qre making abilities, and how I handle clients.

It was a pretty standard interview process. First, a recruiter called to check if I was a good fit and then set up a time to interview. Then I met with the hiring managers and had to do an aptitude test. It was a bummer that they didn't send a personalized rejection, just an automated email.

The interview process was very lagged. The HR initially reached out and scheduled a phone screening very last minute. After the initial round it took them 2 weeks to revert, again a very last minute phone call to schedule the next round with the hiring manager. Further, the HR cancelled (again last minute) the meeting to reschedule it. After this second round it took another 2 weeks to schedule one more round to discuss the team etc. After the third round, I felt very positive about the conversation in the interview round, but never heard back from the HR or the hiring manager for another 3 weeks. When I tried to follow up with HR, the team never replied (till this day). It was the most disappointing and unprofessional behaviour from the team.
