Intern
The interview process involved two technical interviews and one round. The second technical interview had easy questions, and the last round involved solving a coding question. There was also an HR round. Overall, it was easy, but after joining, the company canceled our projects as they didn't have any.

Intern
So there were about 15 people shortlisted and they got split into 2 panels for the interviews. It felt kinda weird and not fair because the panels were different and asked different things. Like, how do you pick the best person if they aren't all seen by the same people? One panel had senior people and the other had junior people. Some panels didn't even ask for introductions and just started asking questions. The questions didn't really match the job description. It should have been more consistent and fair.
- Can you tell me about the projects on your resume?
Intern
First, I submitted my CV to the company handling their hiring (they use Adecco). Second, there was an online group interview where they asked about my motivations for joining. Third, a practical case study and an in-person interview, which involved analyzing graphs and presenting findings, along with questions about my CV.
- Can you tell me about yourself and walk me through your CV?
- What are your motivations for wanting this internship?
- Please analyze these graphs and present your findings.
