The interview process was smooth, from scheduling to the offer. They ask important questions about you and your job experience. I got interviewed in 2022 and there were less requirements. Now you have to pass their Excel exam before proceeding to the interviews.

I applied in February and got an email two weeks later to set up an interview with a recruiter. I had that call the following week; it wasn't really an interview, just confirming details like my graduation date and major. After waiting a week, I scheduled an in-person interview with the engineering manager. The interview was on the 4th, and I got the offer on the 14th. It was a super fast process, especially considering how late it was in the semester.

I had a 1.5 hour phone screening first. Then I went in for a bunch of face-to-face interviews all on the same day. I talked to 5 different managers one-on-one, each for about 30-45 minutes. They all would have worked with whoever got the job. After about 3 hours of interviewing, they said I'd hear back in a couple weeks. I reached out 1.5 months later to check on the hiring process, and after 4 months still no word, not even a rejection. Then, 5 months after that, a third-party recruiter called me about the same job. The recruiter said the position was open AGAIN. Apparently, they hired someone who didn't work out, but they never told me.

It was a two round process. First round was a technical manager interview where they asked if I knew .NET and some other Microsoft software. Then they had me introduce a project from my resume. Finally, they asked some basic questions about data structures and algorithms. The second round was with the hiring manager, who explained what a Co-Op does and asked me to introduce myself and also pick a project to talk about.
