Foi uma dinâmica em grupo, bem tranquila para que os jovens pudessem se apresentar com calma. Foi respeitosa e simples, contando com profissionais de cada área para identificar as habilidades de cada um e em qual setor cada aprendiz seria mais qualificado.

The interview was very well directed and executed, with professionals who know their work and the demands of the position offered. Technical and behavioral assessment, with questions ranging about professional experience and conflict resolution skills and possible situations to be faced in the day to day.

It was a simple process, we went to an auditorium where there was a presentation of the company, and then several leaders from different sectors entered and each one set up a chair in a corner of the room. They divided us into teams of 4 people and we went from leader to leader until they chose one for each sector. I found it a bit uncomfortable because it was in a group, but I met a lot of good people who really wanted to work, but they lost their spots to people who weren't afraid to speak in public or who weren't as nervous. However, it was okay, but the result was given the same day right there in front of everyone. I thought some things could have been done better, but anyway, I didn't fit the profile they were looking for.

Had an interview with the HR recruiter where we talked about the position, my background, and general stuff. Then, I interviewed with a Senior/Team Lead about the role and my skills. Finally, I got an offer after talking with the Human Resources manager.
