Credit Analyst
Pretty simple, not too tough. They plan to teach you all the important stuff while you're on the job, so it's mainly about assessing your personality and how well you'd mesh with the team and the company culture. They're keen to understand your work ethic and what sparks your interest.
- What are your career aspirations?
Teller
I applied on Indeed and they reached out really fast to schedule an interview. They were super flexible and got me in quickly. The interview itself was pretty straightforward, mostly 'tell me about a time' type questions and some scenario-based questions. The VP I spoke with was really nice. They said they'd let me know by the end of the week, but since I had another offer expiring and needed to know by Wednesday, she canceled some other interviews and gave me an offer that same day.
- Can you share an instance where you exceeded expectations for a customer?
Intern
The interview process was very unprepared and uncomfortable. The interviewer did not look over my resume beforehand and didn't ask any questions about my education or work experience. It felt very awkward. It was not an HR person conducting the interview.

Loan Processor
So I applied online, and like, the next day I got an email to schedule a phone interview. It was a pretty quick turnaround. I emailed back my availability, and the interview was scheduled for the day after that. The person I spoke with was from HR, and they mentioned they were hiring for multiple positions at the branch. They were really nice and asked good questions, and I felt like they actually paid attention to what I was saying. They said they'd be interviewing a lot of people and that I'd hear back in about a week if I made it to the next stage, which would have been an in-person interview. Unfortunately, about a week later, I just got a rejection email.
- Tell me about your previous work experience and whether you enjoy interacting with customers or internal stakeholders.
- Describe your past roles and your preference for working with external clients versus internal colleagues.
