The hiring process was super fast, straightforward, and really thorough. I liked how quickly they responded, gave feedback, and were flexible. Everyone I talked to in all the interview stages was professional and knew their stuff.

Behavioral Presentation

I drove over an hour into San Francisco for an interview with Nicole Hollis. When I got there, the office was beautiful but also intimidating. I waited for my interviewers for 5 min in the lobby and then spoke with them for only 10 min..... I was EXTREMELY disappointed. They asked me two general questions, spoke briefly about the role and that was it. They gave me no time to ask questions. I feel as though they judged my look and didn't care to learn any more about me. I later reached out with a thank you letter and got no reply. I then followed up the next week and still heard nothing. Zero courtesy to those who apply to their job postings. I truly hope that they can improve in this area.....

So, standard interview process. You'll have a zoom call or an in-person interview with two people from one of the design teams. Make sure you know your skills and your strengths. They'll most likely ask you questions like why you're interested in working for the company and to tell them about yourself.

My friend told me that usually you get told if you passed the exam before the initial interview. But for me, I wasn't told if I passed the exam and went straight to the initial interview. After the interview, they said they'd text if we passed for the second interview.
