Summer Leadership Program
The process was easy and laid back. They primarily want to understand applicants and ensure a good personality fit. All interactions were pleasant and easygoing.

it was a very informal chat, the interviewer didn't seem to have prepared questions, it was more like a conversation. they mostly talked about how my experience was a good fit for the job, but in the end, I didn't get an offer.

The interview process was very chill and laid-back. They were interested in getting to know me as a person to see if I'd be a good fit for the company, which I thought was great.

It was a quick process. The HR person was great and very helpful. They were really fast in moving things along. They were super flexible with scheduling and even did remote interviews. I had a panel interview and then one with HR.
