Since they are not in business any longer I really can’t comment on the interview process but this app makes you review so I decided to review this company I really think this is it a good tactic but hey

The interview process was straightforward. It started with a brief phone call, followed by an in-person meeting with the direct supervisor. Then, there was a second interview with both the supervisor and the district manager. The interviews were pretty casual, focusing on reviewing your past experience and seeing if you know your stuff. They didn't ask any tricky or unusual questions. Just be honest and if you're the right fit and know the industry, you'll be good. They also did a background check, a Wonderlic test (?), and a credit check.

I got a call and they wanted to do an interview the same day. I told him I had a lot on my plate that day and it wouldn't be a good day at all. He insisted it would only be 30 min or less so I agreed, he said if anything changes call back to reschedule. About 5 min later I called back and apologized for the inconvenience but realized I really wouldn't have time that day and Monday morning would be much better for me. The branch manager kind of scolded me for trying to reschedule after I told him on the first phone call that that day was not a great day for me. He said he would send me another email for a new date. It's been a week still nothing, I dodged a bullet. If the branch manager can't be on top of things and understand that people have things going on then this isn't a company I want to work for.

It was a casual and informal phone call, really no big deal. Nothing much to report from the process itself. They did bring up salary discussions right at the beginning. This was several years ago, and I remember they require everyone in the office to do collections.
