The interview process was really thorough. I had 5 interviews spread out over 5 weeks. After the last interview, I didn't hear back. The recruiter stopped responding to my emails and calls, which was super frustrating since I got good feedback from everyone I spoke with.

The whole interview process took about three weeks. I got a phone interview after talking to someone at a job fair. Then, I went to the plant and met with three different people. After the interviews, they gave me a quick tour of the warehouse. About a week later, I got a call with the job offer and they told me to go get a drug test. Once I got the results back, I called HR and they set my start date.

It was pretty thorough, but I felt it was fair. They started by asking a lot about my work attendance habits. Then, they took me on a tour of the plant, showing me the different areas and how things work. After the tour, we talked more about how I thought I'd be a good fit.
