Technical Case

You'll go through several interviews for this role. I was sent to different departments for more interviews, and by the time I finished them all, I had already taken another job with a different company.

Behavioral

The interview process wasn't too bad, and the interviews themselves were decent. However, I was really disappointed and discouraged by the lack of follow-up after the interviews. I was essentially 'offered' the job after the interview, but then got 'ghosted' by the two most 'senior' management and HR people who had seemed really enthusiastic about me. They even took me on a 30-minute tour and showed me an onboarding packet. I found it really unprofessional that they didn't respond to 6 emails asking about my status. Even a 'no' would have been better, but if this is how they treat candidates, I can only assume it reflects the company culture... glad I dodged that bullet now!

Had a really bad experience. They set up an onsite interview but then ghosted me for a month before sending a rejection email. It was a complete waste of my time. The interview questions themselves were pretty easy, though.
