The first interview was with HR, it was a pretty easy screening. We just chatted to get to know each other and talk about the job and stuff like working hours, salary, and if I can legally work here.

Had an initial interview that went well. Was informed the next round would involve 3 separate discussions, coordinated by someone else in HR. That person initially didn't respond to emails (with their superior copied), but then apologized profusely, citing emails going to junk. This person has now gone missing again, possibly due to the same junk folder issue, leaving me uncertain about the next steps. I understand this is a professional sports league with high competition for roles, but this has been a very poor experience and has deterred me from the organization.

I applied online, and after a few weeks, an HR person reached out for an initial chat. Then, about a week later, I had a virtual chat with the hiring manager. The final round was two weeks after that, with in-person meetings with both junior and senior team members. Sadly, I never heard back and didn't get any decision, even after politely following up and being told I'd get an update. It's pretty common to be ghosted, but it really stinks when you're a final-round candidate and don't even get a decision.

The interview process was pretty standard. It took about 3 weeks to hear back after applying, but once they reached out, things moved fast. I had two in-person interviews. The first one was with the people I'd be reporting to, and they asked mostly about my experience related to the job. A few days later, I had a second interview where I met with several other employees I'd be working with. They each asked different questions about my background and what I felt I could contribute to the company.
