Behavioral Technical

I applied for a job in their R&D department. The interview had three steps: first a phone screen, then two interviews with HR and the manager for the job. It was a really simple process and NHK was happy to answer any questions I had about the company and the role. Most of the interviews were focused on behavioral questions, but some questions touched on the technical aspects of the job.

The process was good. Everyone was nice. They asked about normal electrical working things. It was a pretty standard interview. I met with HR, an engineer, and the electrical supervisor. I took an electrician test and then I left. After about a week, they called and offered me the job.
