First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at NHE.
Property Manager
I met the regional manager at the property itself. We talked about my past work and what I'm good at. The regional manager also went over what the job entails and the company's benefits. Since the regular property manager wasn't around, someone was filling in from another property, and I also got to meet them and the maintenance director. Talking with them and learning about their time with the company was really helpful.
- Can you tell me about your previous Property Management experience?
Quality Assurance Engineer
I applied online, then had a first and second interview, and then a final interview. I met with different levels of management. I also went on site to meet with PMs and check out the property.
- What is your computer experience?
Accounting Specialist
Applied via indeed and about 1-2 weeks later, I got a call. Both HR and the hiring manager were helpful with any questions I had.
- What did you have to lie about at work?
Accountant
I got called by HR for an initial chat. They reached out again, and after another conversation, we scheduled an interview with two confirmations sent. But, less than 24 hours before, they called it off, saying they hired someone right away. I never got to the in-person part, and honestly, the communication felt off.
- Tell me about your background, education, and the systems you've used.
