Contract Officer
So first, we usually start with a quick chat with the recruiter, often over the phone. Then, you'll probably have some in-person or online interviews with the folks you'd be working with. Sometimes, they'll have you do some tests or hands-on tasks to see your skills. The last steps usually involve talking about the pay and benefits, and if everything goes well, you'll get an official job offer.
- Could you please give a detailed overview of your background and experiences, along with concrete examples?
Administrative Assistant
The interview process was very repetitive and seemed to depend on the interviewer's mood. It didn't feel fair, and felt like they manipulated the rules to select people who weren't actually qualified. There's a very limited career path here, and experience doesn't seem to count for much.
- Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
Patient Care Technician
before I got hired here in NGHA RIYADH SAUDI ARABIA, I had a job but with a small salary. I went to the agency, and they told me how much they would pay me and what my work would be in Riyadh. I accepted the job because it was an opportunity to travel and have a good job, even though it meant being far from my family and friends. When I arrived in Riyadh, I experienced culture shock due to their way of living, talking, and accommodating people. The agency also discussed my job and the country I was moving to.
