I had one interview with the hiring manager. It was a casual chat, and he was nice. We went over my resume and then I got to ask my questions. The whole thing lasted about 30 minutes.

I found this internship on LinkedIn and applied online with my resume and cover letter. The process moved pretty fast. First, I had a phone screening with the internship coordinator a few days after applying. Then, I went to the Austin office for an in-person interview where I met the team. They gave me an offer within the same week. The phone screening covered basic interview questions, like my knowledge of the company, going over my resume, some behavioral questions, and my short-term/long-term career goals and how NFP fits into that. The in-person interview felt more like a chance for the team to see if I'd be a good cultural fit. We chatted casually about my resume and connected well on a personal level.

Behavioral Technical

I met with a recruiter at a campus recruiting event. They seemed really excited about possibly hiring a freshman. I then submitted my resume through the university job board and was invited for an interview. Honestly, the whole process felt a bit disorganized. During the interview, the interviewer explicitly stated that they weren't really looking for entry-level talent and preferred candidates with more experience.
