It started with a hire Vue interview that had 7 questions, and if you passed that, you moved on to the final round with 3 producers who would primarily assess your copywriting skills. Don't expect any feedback unless you get the job offer.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied online and got a call back about 3 weeks later. We did a phone interview, and then I moved on to a take-home design task where I had to create 2 designs based on data they provided, with a one-week deadline. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview in DC. I had to pay for travel and a hotel, which was pretty expensive in DC. The interview itself had three rounds with people from HR, Creative, and Marketing, all in a conference room. They didn't give me a tour of the workspace, which I thought was a bit strange since I traveled four hours. The interview difficulty was medium. The main issue was the lack of communication afterward; I didn't hear anything for over 4 weeks. I got one email after the first week saying they had one more person to interview, but then nothing. My calls and emails went unanswered, even with read receipts. I even called the main line, and they just directed me to voicemail, saying they weren't on vacation. It felt very unprofessional to be ignored for over three weeks, making me unsure if they were waiting for another candidate's decision before rejecting me. Aside from the communication problem, the rest of the process was fine.

Behavioral Technical

This is a great interview process for interns, focused on finding the best fit for each department. Even if you don't initially list your preferred department, they'll place you where you're a good fit. The interviews mainly assess your suitability for the role, assuming you have the capability to do the work since you were invited to interview. Make sure to research the department you're interviewing with and know who will be interviewing you. It's a valuable opportunity, so don't miss out.

Behavioral Technical

This process was ridiculous and had no accountability. It involved 7 screenings/interviews and I never heard back despite emails and calls. It started with an HR manager phone screening. Then there were two back-to-back interviews with a Senior Manager and Manager. A third person joined the second interview, who turned out to be an HR person I was supposed to meet but didn't know about. Then I was supposed to meet AVPs for interview 4 and the HR Director/VP for interview 5. One AVP was late for Int4. The VP didn't show for Int5 and I spoke with the same HR person again. Soon after, HR #2 contacted me for a call with the VP who still wanted to meet. The VP and HR person said I'd have an answer by the next Wednesday. I didn't hear anything. I emailed HR #2 the next Tuesday with no response. I called HR #2 and HR #1 on Thursday with no response. I emailed HR #2 again and finally heard back that I'd have an answer early the next week. The next day HR #1 emailed saying I wasn't selected and they hoped I'd reapply. Going through 7 calls with no feedback and poor responsiveness is ridiculous. I wouldn't reapply.
