This was a virtual interview, but it felt really genuine and relaxed, not at all intimidating. I spoke with the CCO, who was very accommodating of my class schedule as I was just beginning graduate school.

The interview process was brief. I initially spoke with HR, then was invited to Atlanta for an in-person meeting. Unfortunately, I was ghosted after that because the HR person quit. I later reached out to the owner and was informed I got the job. The initial offer was for a 40k base salary, Monday to Friday. This seemed acceptable until I started training and learned that weekend work was mandatory without extra pay. The current staff appears overworked and undervalued. I cannot recommend this company. It's best to avoid it.

They got back to me fast. First, there was a phone call, then I had to come in for an interview the very next day. The in-person interview went okay, but the job details and the flexibility they talked about vanished once I was hired. They gave me a design test, which honestly felt like a lot and made me wonder if I was doing free creative work for them. I was a bit surprised by how the boss was described, but I figured it was just the honesty you get in a small company, you know, like a family vibe. I could have seen it as a major red flag though.

I went through a few online tests, like personality and IQ ones, then had a phone chat, and after that, an in-person meeting. They had me meet with four different people on the team, and they told me about their jobs and what they do in the office, which really helped me get a clearer picture of what I'd be doing.
