It started with a call from an NFI recruiter (Talent Acquisition). Then I had to submit my writing samples. After that, I had a Zoom call with the Hiring Manager, followed by a Zoom call with two team members. The final stage was an in-person interview with the VP of Marketing and the Hiring Manager. The whole process was fast-tracked because I had a competing offer.
