This interview process dragged on for months and had 5 interviews in total. The last one was a 2-hour in-person meeting where they made me do an unpaid writing 'assessment' which turned out to be content they posted on their website. They gave me a tour and introduced me to people, but it was all a sham to get free work. The job has been up for like 6 months, they're clearly not hiring. This is either to train their AI or just get free work. Don't do the writing test, or if you do, take a photo in case it shows up on their site.

Started with an HR screen and then a chat with the hiring manager, both went great. After that, I met with other team members, which also went well. The hiring manager then suggested an in-person meeting. After that, all contact stopped. When I reached out, I was told I didn't have a specific college degree, which was never a listed requirement.

I had an interview with HR and then a second interview with 3 managers/directors over Zoom. They asked me questions and were very friendly. I'd read Glassdoor reviews beforehand and heard about NFI ghosting people after interviews. It happened to me too. The interview with the managers went really well, and they seemed to like me. I followed up a month later, but HR ghosted me. Very unprofessional.
