Sales Associate
It was ordinary, they asked me questions about my job experiences and they were very friendly. After they finished the interview, they told me to check my emails daily.
- What motivates you at work?
Customer Service Representative
I applied for the Customer Service opening. I watched some videos and took notes. After the videos, I answered some multiple-choice questions. Then, I completed a test, which I passed. The company emailed my results and a username/password for the portal. I logged in, started the dialer, and began taking calls. Three weeks later, I was offered an Escalation Position. I accepted and completed a challenging quiz. I like the Escalations Supervisor Position. Even though Escalations get the angry customers, I know my job and how to handle any customer. Also, the Escalation Tierll department pays much better.
- Have you ever persuaded a customer to keep their membership?
- How do you deal with aggressive customers?

The interview process was simple and easy, much like having a conversation. They wanted to know about me and how confident I felt about my ability to do the job. Basic communication and typing skills, along with compassion for others, are important.
