The interview process was pretty straightforward and had two stages. The first interview was professional, focusing on my background and what I could contribute. The second interview was more casual.

I interviewed with this company a while back and it was a bad experience. Decided to give it another try because it was a different interviewer this time. The first screen went fine, and I was supposed to move to the next round but then got ghosted. Definitely won't work with this company again.

Interviewing started in January and I was told a decision would be made in early February. Then there was no communication from nextSource for weeks until I followed up in mid-February. I was then asked to do a final interview the next day. No contact for weeks again. A verbal offer was made after business hours on March 2nd, but without any compensation details, which was strange. The verbal offer and compensation were discussed on Saturday, March 3rd, and an email was supposed to follow on Monday. No email came. I followed up again by emailing nextSource about the offer letter status and was informed that the decision had been changed! That was fine with me; it wasn't meant to be. But overall, it was a negative experience that could be improved.

Had a typical interview with a phone screen and then an in-person meeting where they asked normal questions. After that, there was another phone screen with the corporate office, and then I met the rest of the team. We mostly just talked about my past work experience and how it fit the job they had open.
