It was a super fast hiring spree, they brought on a lot of people but then most didn't make it through the training. We talked about past jobs, what software I knew, how I'd explain stuff to someone clueless, and if I liked working by myself.

Behavioral Technical

I was contacted by the HR recruiter and a phone interview was scheduled. It was pleasant, professional, and the questions were to the point. It went well, and a face-to-face interview was scheduled with the hiring manager within a few days. The interview lasted 45 minutes in a conference room, and I only interviewed with the hiring manager. After reviewing my background, experience, roles, and achievements, the hiring manager asked questions to assess my business knowledge, closing skills, and how I interface with prospects. I was walked through the floor to see the work environment, which was a plus for me. I was offered the job after another 3-4 days. The interview prepared me for what to expect in the company regarding the really good onboarding process, the no-nonsense work environment, and how achievers are rewarded and recognized. I was very impressed with the HR Director; she was directly involved and efficient throughout the entire process.

Behavioral Presentation

Got a video interview request right after applying, which felt robotic and impersonal, even though lots of people applied. I rearranged my schedule to do it, but it was a one-way, timed recording. Felt awkward, especially given how much Zoom we already do. Then, no feedback at all, just a generic response saying they're still recruiting. It's inconsiderate to waste candidates' time like that, especially for a big role at a company like this. Better to know you didn't get it than be ghosted.

I interviewed with Nextraq (now Michelin Connected Fleet) after applying online. It took a few weeks for them to reach out for an interview. The interview went smoothly, mainly involving behavioral questions and queries about my previous internship experiences. The interviewers were very friendly and welcoming. I asked them about how the environment and work have changed since the acquisition by Michelin Group, and they answered my questions gladly. I received an offer a couple of weeks later, which I happily accepted.
