First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Nextlink.
NOC Technician
The first part was a phone call with HR for a general interview. Then, I had a face-to-face meeting with the Manager for a technical interview. They asked about the OSI Model, my experience, and anything else on my resume.

Technical Support Representative
It was a really good interview experience, felt more casual than others. The questions were more engaging than typical interviews and they were transparent about the job's difficulty. I felt more confident with my answers compared to other interviews where I felt I had to fit them into a specific format.
- Can you tell me your favorite color?
- How do you cope with stress?
Dispatcher
The interview process felt a bit awkward, but it went alright. They kept me waiting for about 15 minutes past the scheduled time and weren't very friendly. Overall, it wasn't a great experience. I didn't hear back from them afterwards, which makes me think I was just interviewed to meet some quota.
- Tell me about a time you had to handle a situation without your supervisor or lead being there.
Customer Service Representative
I applied through Indeed and then got an email. We scheduled an interview really fast, and then they scheduled me for training a few days later. Training is a 2 week, paid process.
