I went through 3 interviews where I met with 5 people in total. First, I spoke with the team lead who asked me some questions. After that, I was interviewed by a few upper managers. This was back in 2014, so things might be different now as they've become more established.

The interview process seemed quite disorganized internally. The recruiter didn't have up-to-date or accurate information. They kept suggesting I speak with other team members even though the position had already been filled. While the people were nice, I'm not sure they understood what they were looking for.

Applied online and the whole thing took about 3 weeks. Had two phone chats with different Nextiva folks. First was with the main Nextiva recruiter. Second was with two people, one from HR and another with a technical background. Everyone I spoke with at Nextiva was really professional. They mostly asked pretty standard questions.
