So the interview is a two-part process, mostly behavioral stuff. First, you chat with a campus recruiter, they'll ask stuff like what are your career goals, why this company, and what have you done before. It's kinda to see if you're a good fit culture-wise. Then, you head onsite to meet the hiring manager. This is where they dig deeper into your past work, how you operate, and how you could add to the team. They might throw in some situations to see how you'd handle things. Oh, and you might get a tour of the place too, to check out the vibe and how things work day-to-day.
