Someone reached out on LinkedIn and encouraged me to apply online, so I did. I then spent almost an hour watching training videos and answering questions about them. After that, I was offered an online interview that same week. During the online interview, there was one other person being interviewed. I thought it went really well and my interviewer even said we didn't have anything to worry about and that we should hear back within 24 hours. I never got an email, so I emailed her to follow up and she still never answered.

Coding Technical Presentation

I found this Front End Developer role on Angellist and applied. The hiring manager, Will, reached out quickly and sent over a coding challenge that I had to complete within a set time. After submitting it, I was invited for an onsite interview. During the onsite, Will asked me about some of my personal projects and then asked me to whiteboard a BST search algorithm. It felt like the mood shifted and Will became less patient and more condescending after he saw I was having trouble with the whiteboard portion.

It was an online interview process. It was more of a presentation than a lot of questions. The hiring managers were friendly and enthusiastic. There were some tech glitches. The questions were easy to answer. It was a good overall experience. I accepted.
