Behavioral Presentation

The interview process began with casual interactions. The people I met were nice and helpful, and I didn't have trouble dealing with them. They were open to hearing new ideas and seemed very imaginative and open-minded, broadminded people. The hiring manager was eager to hear what I had to say and also explained the position in detail. They were ready to make and bring changes and really think about the employee. I wanted to reiterate that the office needed more space than it already has. They mentioned good clients in the Bay Area and had good high aspirations.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process has two rounds. The first is a phone screening, and the second round is an in-person interview. I highlighted my strengths, which are taking initiative to work independently, having good leadership skills, being adaptable to any situation in a new group, and a helping tendency. My weakness is I'm not comfortable until I finish my work within the given time and being overly friendly. My short-term goal is to get a job in a reputed company.

Behavioral

I put in my application through the company website. About 3 weeks later, they reached out for me to complete some forms about my interests in tech and healthcare. Then I got an email about a phone interview. It took the recruiter another 2 weeks to get back to me to set up a date and time. The interview itself was 30 minutes long. She asked me some basic 'tell me about yourself' questions and to talk about a project I'd worked on.
