Great process, Ben was informative and was willing to answer questions while also providing information about the company and job role. The interview lasted almost an hour and was very helpful in my search for a job

It was a simple, pretty laid-back interview with my manager. Really low stress. He walked me through some of our property database and we chatted about what the company does and other real estate stuff. I was still in the process of getting licensed when I interviewed, so I didn't know much going in. The company offers its own training that covers things like leasing paperwork, using our private real-time database, emailing clients, getting price reductions from landlords, and marketing.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

It was more than five interviewers, asking questions one by one. It started with a question about what area I would like to focus on. Then the manager of that area asked more specific follow-up questions. My former experience was also asked about. They also required me to show my scenario selling performance according to my old sales experience.

The interview process is quite straightforward. They are generally willing to hire most candidates, provided they are not excessively unpleasant. Their strategy involves a high volume of hiring, aiming to recruit as many agents as possible. You can anticipate a few typical questions.
