I had a phone screen with HR, and then a virtual interview with the team lead. After that, I was supposed to have a 5.5 hour interview session, which could be done in one day or split over two. I asked for it to be all in one day so I could take time off work. HR sent me a bunch of emails, and the last one had the schedule, but it was all messed up. They'd scheduled it over two days, and the actual schedule for the day I was supposed to interview was buried. It wasn't even one clear schedule, but two broken up across six emails. I told the HR person I had specifically asked for it to be one day and took off work for it. Then they just ended my candidacy. The whole recruiting process was super disorganized, inefficient, and unprofessional.

It started with a recruiter call, then I chatted with the hiring manager. They flew me to Juno Beach, FL for interviews with the team and lunch. The interviews were mostly about power marketing, quantitative methods, and risk analytics, plus some behavioral stuff about working with others. They showed me around the office and I met some other teams and even some VPs and C-level execs, which was unexpected. I sent thank you notes. A week later, I talked to the hiring manager again. They seemed interested but unsure about my commitment because the role was only a small step up and the location was a bit out there, especially in the summer heat. After that, I didn't hear back. I followed up a month later with emails but got no reply. It was a good experience overall, and they made me feel welcome, but the ghosting at the end is pretty standard, so no hard feelings. I ended up joining a competitor a year later.

I got an email inviting me to an online interview. It had about 7 questions, like a telephone screen. After about 4 weeks, the recruiter called to set up an on-site interview at their HQ in Juno Beach, FL. The on-site interview had me talking to six interviewers, one by one, for 30 minutes each, from 9am to 12pm. I had to introduce myself and talk about my experience and career plan six times because each interviewer was separate. The interview day finished with lunch with the hiring manager. Assuming this goes well, they'll likely do a background check and then extend an offer.
