I had a good time with the hiring process. It started with an in-person interview with some of the local engineers and then moved to a series of online interviews. I wish I could have had more in-person interviews, but everyone I met was very nice.

I applied in December 2022 and spoke to a recruiter in early Jan. Then I had a zoom interview at the end of January. After that, I was told I'd hear back the following week about whether I got the job, as they were still interviewing others. Two weeks went by, and I reached out to the recruiter for an update since I hadn't heard anything, but got no response. I followed up weekly for almost a month with no reply, even though I saw the recruiter was active on Linkedin. Today, I checked the careers website and saw I'm no longer under consideration after being ghosted for weeks. The interview process itself was okay, but the recruiter interaction was negative. I wish the recruiter had at least reached out or let me know they were busy or out of office.

Talked to the hiring team on Engineering day and got selected for an on-campus interview the following day. A week later, there was an online Hireview interview. Two weeks after that, an invitation for an open house at their Jupiter, FL site. The open house was a full day with two interviews, each separated by a 20-minute break. Initially, we were split into two groups; one group toured the facilities (which was helpful for the interview), and the other group started with interviews.
