They asked standard behavioral questions and some general questions about my energy and coding background, but no actual technical coding questions. My interviewers seemed to have reviewed my HireView and resume beforehand.

I connected with a recruiter at a job fair and then had an interview the very next day. It was purely behavioral, with no technical questions. The interview was one-on-one and focused mainly on conflict resolution, my communication style and preferences, and other basic behavioral topics. The interviewer mentioned I likely wouldn't hear back for at least a month, possibly closer to two.
