So this was kinda unique, usually you'd do a phone screening first, but it was in person at a career expo. I think they mentioned there would be more technical stuff back at the office in Florida, and that it would include some panel interviews with case-based questions.

You check in and wait around for a bit then you meet with department heads. Once you're in you meet with each person one by one. The 4 hour interview is a total waste of time if the HR recruiter isn't screening you properly. Someone actually barged in on an interview because they had another meeting.
