First they called me to interview by phone through the human resources department and then i passed that and i went on a one on one interview with two analyst and the hiring manager. they didnt offer me the position.

Applied online, waited a couple of weeks for HR to respond. After about a week of silence, I scheduled a phone interview with HR. Then, I had a phone interview with two department managers. They said I'd hear back soon, but I didn't. This is my third time interviewing with Nextera for different roles. What really frustrated me was the poor communication from HR. I only got a reply after sending over five emails. This happened with two different Nextera recruiters. I tried contacting them via text, phone, and email, but still no response.
