I had a teams interview with the recruiter that was set up over email. I got to pick my own time and date. It was about 30 minutes long, and the recruiter read questions from a screen. It felt pretty cold.

First off, I met with two Lead Technicians at a job site. They wanted to get a sense of who I am, and I got to see if the job was a good fit for me too. They laid out what the job entails and how things operate to make sure I was really set on it. Then, I had to fill out more paperwork, like for my driving record. Once my background and driving record were cleared, I had my interview with the OSM and RSM. It went great, and they hired me right then and there! I took a drug test, and the next day I was given a van.

The hiring process was super quick, I got a call two days after applying, and then they interviewed and hired me three days after that. The interview itself was pretty chill and easy, mostly just talking about the job and a couple of customer service questions. After I talked to my potential manager, her manager also chatted with me for a bit and asked one question.

The interview process was online, group, and individual. The online part was mainly pattern recognition, data analytic, math, coding, reading and understanding, and writing. The group part involved reading an article then group discussions and presentations. The individual part went back to qualitative questions.
