The interview process was pretty smooth. The leads and the team were really open to answering any questions and explaining things about the company. The interviews were all online. They asked questions about my experience and also about how I would work in a client-based company, like how I would manage challenges.

The interview process at NLS was very straightforward and moved at a timely pace. Everyone involved was so great with getting back to me in 24-48 hours, and I appreciate how I didn't have to wait for weeks to hear about next steps or receive any updates. I had a one on one chat with the hiring manager. They were more keen on my skills and ability to learn and ask questions rather than if I knew everything already. They are usually looking for people for future projects. When I joined, there was no need for a second interview.

The first part was a quick chat with the recruiter. After that, I had an interview with some other PMs, who were at different levels. The final step was a meeting with the Senior PMO and some supervisors. Kristi was really helpful and made the whole thing a good experience!
