I went to one of their Super Saturdays in March, and the whole day was about 10 hours long, which sounds like a lot, but it went by really fast because there were so many different things going on. It kicked off with a group discussion to check out our teamwork and leadership skills. After that, we had presentations, and they give you feedback on everything you do. In total, I did two group presentations and two individual ones, and then finished with an interview.

Behavioral Technical

The interview was pretty chill. Mostly questions about my resume. When I got to the office, they told me the senior person who was supposed to interview me was sick. So, a junior staff member who just graduated college interviewed me instead. They were nice and helpful, but I kind of wish I could have talked to someone with more experience, like me, for some of my questions. I haven't heard anything back about the interview, and the senior staff person didn't reply to my follow-up emails about the result.

Behavioral Case Other

I had a 30 minute phone interview and then an all day interview from 9am-7pm at their headquarters called "Super Saturday". The first interview was really pleasant, mainly behavioral questions about my resume, and a couple of really simple case questions. Super Saturday felt too long and inefficient, with a lot of fluff that didn't really test job competency. It felt like they were too focused on culture over the actual work, though everyone was nice.
