Sales Representative
Interviewed via phone call, did an online assessment, and had an email for a PC tech check. Also went through a background check, signed up for the opportunity, and am still doing some of these steps. I have to pay for the background check before moving on to the next step.

Sales Representative
I had a phone interview where they asked me about my past jobs, schooling, and some general stuff. They gave me a choice between two inside sales jobs: one that was weekends only and this one where I can work whenever. I got an email with instructions for paperwork, setting up direct deposit, and so on. I paid the $25 for the background check and started training the next day.
- Tell me about a time you dealt with a challenging customer.
Sales
I applied following the instructions with my resume that showed my previous sales experience, and I was not hired. I was not given a specific reason for not being hired. It would be good if they gave some feedback to applicants about why they weren't considered for the job. I'm semi-retired and looking for work to help with my small pension. My resume shows my age, and I hope that wasn't the reason I wasn't hired because I have a strong resume in sales and customer service. I might apply again, but I'll check to see if their employee approval ratings get better first.
- What are your hours of availability?
