Customer Service Representative
The process was quick and pleasant. The coordinator knew a lot and shared insights on potential future roles. I felt relaxed, and they answered all my questions about pay, how hard the job is, and what a typical day looks like.
- Is your availability clear?
- How do you feel about high-stress environments?
Customer Service Representative
This is the 3rd scheduled call for the interview. I'll update after this one. The first call had a technical issue, and the second call was about RAM requirements. I wonder what it will be this time? It would be great if we knew the requirements beforehand, so we don't end up wasting everyone's time.
- What computer requirements are needed for working from home?
Customer Service Representative
I applied and received an email the next day for a phone interview. The interview went poorly because the recruiter sighed after every answer I gave. An hour later, I got an email saying I didn't get hired because I missed the interview, which wasn't true. I don't know if it was her mistake or an automated message, but it was wrong and shows disorganization. The next day, she confirmed I didn't get the job. I don't blame her, she was probably tired. Reviews suggest it's a good company if you can get past the interview. Management should improve organization and avoid showing frustration during interviews.
- Can you describe your past customer service experience, beginning with your most recent position?
