So first you have to register on NexRep's marketplace which includes watching some videos. Then there's an online test with multiple choice questions about situations from the videos. After that, a quick quiz on computer skills. Lastly, a short phone call interview is scheduled.
- Are you capable of succeeding in this role?
Agent
I got an email about an interview the day after I applied. I set it up for 2 days out. The person called about 10 minutes late. They asked a bunch of stuff about my past work and some 'what would you do?' questions.

Agent
I got an email to schedule a phone interview. After that, I had the phone interview where they went over the job description. They asked me about different scenarios and how I would handle them. It was pretty easy. I think they were checking my phone skills and experience. My previous call center experience probably helped a lot, especially with difficult clients.
- Given that this is a fast-paced job where you'll encounter various personalities and need to be quick, how would you manage a situation with an angry customer whose food delivery was late?
