Graphic Designer
it was a pleasant and professional experience. The process was streamlined. We started with a phone screen with HR, then a 10-question phone interview, and finally, the remaining candidates interviewed with the hiring managers for 30 minutes. The questions asked were direct and relevant to the job posting. It would have been even better if final candidates got feedback, like if the managers filled out a short, closed-ended survey to help candidates make a better impression next time.

Validation Engineer
I applied for a Validation Engineer role through a referral. First, I had a phone screen with a contracted hiring agent, focusing on my EQ and teamwork skills. After passing that, a face-to-face interview was set up for two weeks later. The QA director and manager interviewed me for over an hour, asking resume-based and background questions. I got the job offer 15 days after the interview, but the whole onboarding process took 2.5 months from the start.

You'll get a call for an interview. During the interview, you'll be asked to talk about yourself. They'll introduce themselves. Then they'll ask you about the content on your resume and you must be able to explain it. The interview atmosphere isn't very inviting. After that, you'll be given a paper test and a tour of the facility.

- Please elaborate on your resume content.
- Chemistry-based questions will be asked.
BI Consultant
I first had a telephonic test with twenty multiple-choice questions where the interviewer recorded my answers. Then, in the second round, it was a 2 on 1 interview where I had to explain my current project and my technical skillset. They also asked me a couple of scenarios to resolve. It was pretty much a fit-based interview and an evaluation of my tech skills.
- How would you represent a hierarchy of items in a BI Universe?
