The interview process was okay. First, I had a phone screen with a recruiter after applying. Then, I had an interview with the team where they asked me specific scenario-based questions. Sometimes it felt like they were making it up as they went.

Got a call and they set up an in-person interview over lunch, which they paid for. I met with a few people from the team. The lunch started off casually and was pretty enjoyable. We talked a bit about my resume and then they asked some questions that got progressively more detailed. It felt more like a conversation than a formal panel interview. I actually liked the whole thing. We discussed salary range towards the end. Got an offer letter by email two days later. You can negotiate the signing bonus or the hourly rate.

So I first had to do this prescreen questionnaire thing, and then a quick phone call. After that, they flew me out for an in-person interview with the team. It went great, they seemed like good people. Then there was a final call to discuss salary and the offer they were getting ready. They were super professional the whole time. I ended up declining the offer though because I found a better opportunity for my career and family.
