Recruiter
I had a phone screening and then a virtual interview. It was a waste of time!! At the end of the interview he said “it would be a risk to hire you because you could hate it and quit in a day since you’re new in your career.” Um, hiring anyone is a risk in the sense they could hate it and quit in a day. Maybe don’t make it a terrible place to work then if that’s what you’re scared of? I tried to explain that I’m only looking for longevity and jobs in my field, but he proceeded to talk over me. They saw on my resume I’m finishing my bachelors (and have experience) and I’m not sure why they took the time to interview me if that’s such an issue. Also unprofessional to call me a flight risk. I have stable employment history. They never even got back to me with an answer like they said. They’re still looking for a recruiter to this day, which they won’t find because they have severe bias during the interview.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Payroll Clerk
It was a quick interview process. First, there was a recruiter screen, and then a final on-site interview. The interviewers were really friendly. It was a bit awkward walking in and having everyone turn to look at you when you rang the doorbell.
- Can you tell me about one of your strengths?
Consultant
The hiring process was quick for a junior MOE consultant position. It included an HR interview and a manager interview. There were no tests, just basic discussions. The whole process took about 2 weeks on average.
- Can you present your background?
Programmer
First, I had a chat with a recruiter on the phone. It was a friendly call where they wanted to learn more about my role, what I'm aiming for, and my preferences.
