Mortgage Loan Officer
You'll start with a Zoom presentation on Thursday where we'll go over our rates live, and talk about compensation and benefits. If you're interested after that, you can move on to onboarding. For onboarding, you just need to join a Zoom call with the onboarding person and the person who referred you, and they'll get your information. Onboarding is pretty quick; background and credit checks are usually done in 1-2 business days.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Loan Officer
The interviewer was very informative and gave me a layout of the company. They talked about training opportunities and education for new mortgage loan officers. They scheduled a follow-up and offered future help. They were very comfortable and easy to speak with.
- Do you have experience in the mortgage industry.
Loan Officer
They went over what the company has to offer in terms of commission and how to make more money. They also explained the training and mentoring program. We talked about being able to build residual income by bringing people under you. They mentioned that I would need to generate my own leads.
- What kind of role are you looking for?
Loan Officer
It was a quick and easy process. It felt more like an info session to explain what the job entails. It involved a Zoom meeting and a phone call. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. They are not running an MLM scam. They just want to assess if you have what it takes. Building a business requires time, effort, and money, and this opportunity is no different.
- Do you possess a bachelor's degree?
