Recruiting Coordinator
First, you'll complete a typing and listening assessment, then an Outmatch assessment. After passing, you'll meet with someone to see the work process. Then, interview with managers, fill out paperwork, and sign a confidentiality agreement. You'll also get information on orientations and training class dates. There's three weeks of training involved.
