I had 2 rounds of interviews. First, I spoke with HR, then with the branch manager. It wasn't too tough. They mostly wanted to know if I could handle difficult customer situations and if I could commit the time.

I had a call with HR first, it was a "getting-to-know-you" type interview. Then, about one or two weeks later, I interviewed with HR, the branch manager, and the head teller. The HR interview was okay, with some behavioral questions about my work style. The branch manager asked tougher questions about how I'd do as a teller.

Had a phone interview, then met with HR twice. There was an aptitude test, followed by a meeting with the supervisor. They asked about how I would react in different scenarios. I also met with several higher-ups, and everyone in the building was very welcoming. They really emphasize teamwork and community here. It felt like a thorough and consistent interview process from beginning to end.
