We had an Assessment Day. It had 3 rounds of technical questions, which were pretty hard, covering common sense and numerical skills. After that, there was a big group assessment. This involved a case study related to their previous consulting work. We were in groups of 6. They decided who would proceed after lunch.
- They asked specific questions to random people in GA, based on info received.

The interview process started with an online numerical assessment, which was tough and didn't require many questions to be answered, just accuracy. Then, there was a video assessment with some data interpretation. Passing these moves you to selection day. It's a really long and draining day, from 8 am to 5 or 6 pm, with short breaks and not much more than an hour for lunch, often running over. The morning session includes a group study, another numerical assessment (same as the first), and an individual case study. If you pass this part, you proceed to the afternoon, which has a one-on-one case study with a lead consultant and a short interview with a lead consultant. Out of about 17 people who started, only around 3 made it to the afternoon. It's very competitive. I'm still waiting for the final interview.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
- Let's go over how you've performed up to this point.
- Please introduce another person.

Really great process, you get a good feel for the company and meet people. They value feedback and give it throughout, which is reflected in the interview process.
- Can you estimate how many petrol stations there are in the UK?
