Operations Analyst
The interview process was quite time pressured. It involved numerical tests, and a video interview where the questions were pre-recorded. The final stage was a group exercise that included more numerical testing and scenario-based questions. I didn't make it to the second half of the day. The whole process spanned about 6 weeks.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Data Operations Analyst
First, you submit your general information through an online application. Then, you'll face an online test with two 25-minute parts, each containing a significant number of questions (23 in part 1, 20 in part 2). These are tough, focusing on numerical and data interpretation skills, and it's unlikely you'll finish all questions, but the passing threshold isn't too high. After that, there's another application asking about your work experience and some motivation questions. Next is a video interview with four non-technical, general questions, like asking about your favorite book. The final stage is an assessment day with 8 people. It starts early at 8:30 AM. The morning session includes: pairing up to introduce your partner to the group (15 mins intro, 3 mins presentation), a company Q&A session (not assessed), a group case discussion where you're split into two groups of 4, given a case, and have 40 minutes to discuss, followed by a 20-minute presentation and individual Q&A. This case is complex, with members receiving different info, requiring collaboration to calculate results quickly. Then, an online test validation where you have 50 minutes to complete similar tests with changed numbers. Following that is an individual case study using a tablet, involving watching a video about a Newton's concept for 15 minutes, then 35 minutes for questions, which vary in difficulty. Lunchtime is when they announce who passed the morning session; only 2 of us made it through, and I was sent home after lunch.
- Could you tell us about a book you really enjoyed?
- Can you share an example of a significant accomplishment of your best friend?
Operations Analyst
The interview process was a full day, conducted online using interview software. It started with a cognitive test, then moved into group work in the morning. The afternoon session included individual tasks and interviews, focusing on teamwork skills in the group project and calculation tasks in the individual test.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
