So, first there was a recorded video interview, and then an online video assessment day that had 2 parts. I didn't make it to the second part, though. It kicked off with a rundown of the day, and then we were divided into two groups for different tasks.

So we kicked off with intros with the other candidates, then we did a case study together, then an independent case study using Newton techniques, followed by a maths test to check the online test results. A midday decision call was made, then a one to one interview, and a one to one case study to finish off the day.

First, you submit your CV. Then there's an online maths test, which is quite time pressured but fun. After that, an online hirevue style interview. If they like your performance in the morning tasks (including a group activity), you're invited to an online assessment day in the afternoon. Finally, if you're successful, there's an in-person final interview.
