It's a thorough and lengthy process, but they give good feedback. You start by submitting your education/work history, then do two online assessments (logic and personality). If you pass that, you'll have a selection day which is basically a full day commitment for the afternoon session. This includes a group activity, technical assessments, and an interview. After that, you might get invited to dinner with current consultants. The next day is the final interview, which is pretty similar to the afternoon part of the selection day - a competency interview and a technical case study.

Behavioral Technical

I applied and got a SHL test which included behavioral and numerical reasoning. It was a hard test that requires too much practice. I couldn’t do 24 questions in 36 minutes. Who takes these tests for people with over 10 years of experience? It tells about the organization what they are looking for. These tests are for graduates who practice these day and night. No feedback after rejection. Improve your process.

The hiring process involved two final-round interviews. The interviewers asked a mix of math problems, consulting-style case studies, and in-depth questions about your personal motivations, career aspirations, and suitability for the company.
